Shipments
We shall only accept orders for deliveries to addresses located in the following countries: Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Monaco, Belgium, Holland, United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Croatia, Rumania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Switzerland, Norway and Serbia. Gibraltar excluded. Also, we do not send deliveries to a post-office box.
The estimated delivery time shall be mentioned on the website before you place your order. Please see the website for further information.
Once the purchase has been made (order paid) you will receive an email in which a tracking number for your order is attached, so that you are able to follow it up.
If you are registered, when you access your account "Orders" section, you can see the status of each of them. If you are not registered, access the "Order tracking” link that is at the bottom of the website, enter your email address and your purchase reference number and you will be able to see your order status.
We will do our best within reasonable means to ensure delivery by the carrier within the estimated time from the date of our Order Confirmation.
SkinClinic shall insure all purchases while in transit and until they are delivered to the customer. We will request the signature and ID of an adult to confirm delivery of each SkinClinic product, at which point the responsibility for the products you have purchased shall be transferred to you.
SkinClinic is not to be held responsible for delays in deliveries to third parties. As soon as the customer receives the order, he/she assumes all responsibilities related to it. Together with the order, we shall provide all the necessary details for you to exert your rights to change the products and address all potential documents or complaints to SkinClinic to the e-mail info@skinclinic.es or telephone +34 966 44 84 34.
DESTINATIONS, SHIPPING COSTS AND RETURNS
All orders are processed and sent on working days (Monday to Friday, except for bank holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday shall not be processed until the following Monday or the following working day.
- Deliveries to Spain (Peninsula): free of charge with a minimum order of 35 € (if your purchase is below 35 €, shipping costs are 3,5 €) .
- Deliveries to Balearic Islands: minimum order of 35€, shipping costs are 9 € (if your purchase is below 35 €, shipping costs are 14 €).
- Deliveries to Canary Islands: free of charge with a minimum order of 35 € (if your purchase is below 35 €, shipping costs are 3,5 €) .
- Deliveries to Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra: minimum order of 35 €, shipping costs are 25 € (if your purchase is below 35 €, shipping costs are 30 €).
- Deliveries Portugal (Peninsula): free of charge with a minimum order of 35 € (if your purchase is below 35 €, shipping costs are 5 €) .
- International deliveries: shipping costs shall always be the same and are shown in the table below.

DELIVERY TERMS SHALL BE:
- Holiday periods: during holiday periods, orders will be served on a first-come, first-served basis. Delays may occur due to high demand during these periods. Thank you for your patience.
- Deliveries to Spain (Peninsula), Balearic Islands, Portugal and Andorra: 5 or 6 working days from the moment the order is placed.
- Deliveries to the Canary Islands: 6 or 7 working days from the moment the order is placed.
- Deliveries to Ceuta and Melilla: 5 or 6 working days from the moment the order is placed.
- Rest of countries: depending on destination - see table below.

Returns/ changes: the customer has 8 days from the moment the product is received. Return costs shall be charged to the customer.
The specified delivery times are purely given as a guide and do not take into account potential delays that may be due to exceptional transport conditions.
If you have placed an order to be delivered to a third party (i.e. a gift), you accept the signature and ID given at the place where it is received by another person and the responsibility for the items is also yours.
